We keep pricing transparent and upfront—you’ll know the cost before any work begins. We have a $69 service/diagnostic fee for a technician to come out and assess/troubleshoot the issue Discounts available for first responders, veterans, teachers, and military Price matching available with a written competitor quote We stand behind our work with a labor warranty (plus applicable manufacturer warranties)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You message us with details + your zip code, we schedule a time, then our licensed tech comes out ($69 service/diagnostic fee), diagnoses the issue, and gives upfront pricing before any work starts. Once approved, we complete the job safely, clean up, and provide your invoice and warranty info.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner has 24 years of experience and is a Licensed Electrical Contractor with the State of Alabama. Our team is trained in residential and commercial electrical work and follows current code and safety standards.
