Our pricing is straightforward and transparent. We provide detailed estimates upfront so there are no surprises. Every project is unique, but we always aim to balance quality and affordability. We don’t believe in hidden fees, and we’ll communicate clearly about any potential changes before moving forward. We also offer competitive rates for investors and repeat customers with multiple projects
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a free consultation either an in-person walkthrough or a detailed phone call to understand the project goals. From there, we provide a clear, itemized estimate through Joist so you know exactly what to expect. Once approved, we schedule the work, keep you updated during the process, and do a final walkthrough to make sure you’re 100% satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has years of hands-on experience in remodeling, construction, and property management. We use the Joist platform for professional estimates and invoicing, which keeps everything transparent. We also stay up-to-date on building codes, safety standards, and the most cost-effective ways to add value to homes.currently studying for Homebuilders license also a licensed journeyman plumber
