Technician was quick to respond in the app and answered any questions i had. There was an unfortunate delay in coming out at the original appointment, but he was quick to reach out and describe the issue. When the technician showed up, he was professional and kind. Would definitely be willing to work with Streaming Solutions in the future.

I wish I could leave a 10 star review. Our tech was fast, professional, and such a pleasure to work with. He got the job done in about an hour and everything looks FANTASTIC. I will be recommending him to everyone I know. *** We live in an apartment complex and chose not to hide the wires as we weren't sure it was allowed under our lease.

David did a great job. I didn't ask him to hide the wires. And my t.v.s were already mounted. But he let me sit from all angles to make sure I liked the position of the t.v. I will hide the wires when I soundbars.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our basic tilt mount price is 150. That includes the mount and hiding the wires for the customer. It's the most asked for and standard install. If customers have their own mount we adjust the price accordingly. How far we travel and what materials will be needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer we want to set the standard of service that they expect and deliver the best experience they could possibly ask for!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 6 experience and multiple years with electrical equipment.
