- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would like to start talking to you by phone. Rafael, it's your first point of contact. We like to make sure that we can meet your needs in a timely and efficient manner. Once we are on the same page, we establish a schedule in which we can go home or work to see the work. Once we have an idea of the scope of work, we tell you the budget Rafael sets the schedule. We work with your time frame to get the job done as quickly as possible while providing quality work. Once the work is finished, we make a final tour with you to guarantee satisfaction. Once we agree that the work is done to your liking, we charge the final payment and you enjoy the house you already love the most.
