- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and tailored to the scope of each project. Resume packages vary depending on career level (entry, mid, executive, or federal), starting at $85. Grant, book, letter, etc. writing fees reflect the complexity of the proposal. I occasionally offer discounts for bundled services (resume + coaching, or multiple grants) and for nonprofit organizations with limited budgets. There are no hidden fees—clients always know the full cost up front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a consultation to understand your goals. From there, I gather details about your background, achievements, or organizational mission. I draft the document, then collaborate with you on revisions until the final product reflects your requirements, like ATS optimization or grant guidelines.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified resume writer and career navigator, trained in best practices for resume development, ATS compliance, and career coaching. I earned my certification as a Grant Writer from Troy University. I also have extensive experience in quality, technical editing, and research, which sharpens my ability to craft clear, compelling documents.
