- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based on the size of your property, condition of your property, your specific cleaning needs as well as type of cleaning services you require. Please call for up to date pricing. We do offer various discounts to our clients as well as combined services discounts. Please ask about any applicable discounts at time of booking prior to your service date. Thank You Much. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you are not an established client please give us a call and provide us with your details. We can provide you with ballpark pricing over the phone. We provide both remote and in person estimates. Please call a week to two weeks in advance of your desired cleaning date and get on the schedule for cleaning services. On the date of your scheduled cleaning services we will notify you when we are enroute to your property. We will provide you with excellent cleaning services and notify you of completed cleaning services. We do accept Credit cards, Check, Venmo, CashApp & PayPal fees may apply so please do ask if they apply to your preferred method of payment. If you cancel services the same day as your scheduled cleaning date a service charge will apply. If for any reason you think that you need to cancel service please do so a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Thank You Buena Vista Cleaners
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been providing cleaning services along the Gulf Coast with over 29 years experience combined. We have both property management & maintenance experience as well as Customer Service/Relations experience, Sales Experience, Business Management, Services Industry Experience along the Gulf Coast.
