They were great. I was not home at the time so my husband had them replace one of TWO expired smoke alarms. When I called them to remind there were TWO needing replacement (and the remaining one was bleeping constantly, with fresh batteries, stopping briefly when I’d reset it then starting again), they returned with another smoke alarm and installed it without charging for the call itself. Great guys.

Josh himself came out to assess the 4-5 projects we had, including rewiring, install new equipment, troubleshooting, and clean-up. Not 1 time did they say: "we can't do that!" I called on 251 Electrical for a house rewiring job on a rental property which they repaired in three days. Upon completion I was still having a power imbalance issue in the home causing fluttering lights, blowing light bulbs, and a refrigerator receptacle in kitchen not functioning properly. After troubleshooting, Josh told me to call Alabama Power Co. to find the imbalance. After meeting with an Alabama Power Company Tech, the issue was fixed! Josh was there to speak with the Alabama Power Company Tech about the issue professionally & stayed throughout the ordeal until the issue was fixed! Not only is 252Electrical fast & efficient, but very trustworthy and they troubleshoot issues very well! Thanks to 251Electrical! I would hire them again if needed without a doubt!
