- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, all our work is custom.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with a phone call to see what you need. Then I either help you on the call, or I schedule a one hour consultation in person. If you already have a website, I will bring to the meeting an SEO Audit of your website and how it performs on the internet. At the meeting, I ask you lots of questions and we end up with a rough marketing plan. Then I go back and create a custom proposal for you and schedule another meeting to present it. Assuming you like what you see, we begin to work together!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years experience in marketing, brand management, new product development, market research, focus group moderating, strategic planning, and online marketing. I also have a BS from Penn State and an MBA from AZ State University.
