The gentleman who scheduled the appointment to unload our moving truck was great. He was careful with our items when offloading and locating, he also pointed out that one corner of the sofa was wet due to a water leak in the trailer. He was very polite and always asked were to place boxes. His helper on the other hand was careless and acted like he really didn't want to be there. He was rushing to unload, not polite or responsive when thanked for moving our items. My wood floor was scratched during move in. I had a leather corner piece to my couch torn (I can not say for sure how that happened as I did not see it removed from the moving truck). I know it didn't go into the moving truck damaged.
