The crew arrived on time and provided excellent customer service. Our job request was completed within an hour, two brush piles the city refused to pick up, and included clean up of residual debris. I would hire this company again if needed.

My son just moved into an older home he just bought. It came with a garage full of junk and trash and an entire back and side yard worth of small trees and yard waste. After three days of stacking everything together we realized there was more than we could handle and we need everything hauled away and quickly as we were under a tight timeline.
We called Justin at Just Junk It and told him our situation. We sent some images to him and he scheduled us the following day! He sent Liam and Brady over who quickly loaded one dump trailer, and then had to come back for a partial load. They were quick, professional, customer service focused and just all-around nice guys. They cleaned up after they loaded up their last trailer load and made sure we were happy with the service before they left. We can’t thank them and Justin enough for helping us out in a tough spot.

Our pricing is simple, fair, and prorated—you only pay for the space you use in our container.
For full-service Junk Removal, we provide a 12-yard dump trailer (equivalent to 4–5 pickup truck loads):
* Starts at $125 for an item or small load.
* Full load is approximately $459.
* Pricing adjusts based on the actual space your items take up.
For Dumpster Rentals (we charge by the week (3-7 days), not prorated):
* 12-yard dumpster – $269-300
* 16-yard dumpster – $299-339
* Extra time – $25 per additional day or $150 for another full week.
Additional Fees May Apply For:
* Items requiring special handling (e.g., appliances with Freon, mattresses, tires).
* Jobs involving stairs or extremely heavy materials.
* Overweight loads—$95 per ton over the 2.5-ton included limit (billed after dump fees are confirmed).

3. Flexible Scheduling – Our online booking tool also makes it simple to reschedule dumpster delivery, pickup, or junk removal at your convenience.
4. We Do the Heavy Lifting – For junk removal, our crew loads and hauls everything away. For dumpster rentals, we drop off the container, you fill it, and we return to pick it up.
5. Responsible Disposal – We recycle, donate, and responsibly dispose of all items whenever possible.

Our crew is trained in safe lifting techniques, efficient loading, and proper disposal practices.
We also understand local waste regulations, recycling programs, and donation networks so we can maximize recycling and minimize landfill waste.
