We called Wilbanks Services to help locate and repair a leak and to provide an estimate for a tankless water heater. After meeting with Hunter, we ended up hiring them for the entire project, and we are extremely glad we did. Hunter and his wife were very prompt in returning messages and scheduling a time to come out for an estimate. Hunter was incredibly helpful in identifying not only the plumbing issues we already knew about, but also a few we didn’t. He provided a detailed estimate very quickly, with clear explanations of the scope of work so we fully understood what was being proposed. Hunter was able to start the work within a week and maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process. He showed up exactly when he said he would, worked hard all day, was very thorough, and kept us updated every step of the way. He also took the time to double-check everything to make sure it was working properly both inside and outside of our home. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of the work, and we genuinely enjoyed getting to know Hunter. We would absolutely hire Wilbanks Services again for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional plumbing services.
