I hate leaving bad feedback for anyone- I know we all have bad days and some times its reflected in our work. But my experience with Wright's was beyond poor. He responded to a job request to repair some front porch steps. There were 3 total. and To fix a broken glass window. He measured the window and accompanied me to the hardware stoer to buy wood. The strongers and wood cost about $50, with some nails and silicon for the window. I left the property to go to work assuming he was capable of this level of work. He described himself as a handyman with years of experience. He sent me a text a bit later with a picture of the completed steps. I thought it was a joke. I wont post the picture right now, but it looked like something made from scrap wood on the first day of shop class. He also said the window was the wrong size... the window he measured and told me what to get. He had his wife text me and said just send him $60 and he will leave everything alone. I gladly paid him to just leave the house. I had to dissassemble the steps, had to repurchase all new wood bc it wasnt cut to the correct length. and they didnt bother cleaning up the sawdust on the porch from the cutting they did. Wrights may be great at yard work- but he isnt a handyman, by any stretch. This was simple work for even a moderately experienced handyman- and it was too much of a job for him. I would urge youto condier other options, but wish him the best and maybe he will improve over time.
