  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    The most important step in dealing with a new customer Is to identify the pest that the customer is having a problem with. Communication is important! I try to educate the customer on the pest they are having, communicate the plan to resolve their concerns, and work with the customer to make sure there are no future problems. Customer satisfaction is my top priority!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am licensed with the Department of Agriculture in Alabama and Georgia which requires continual training annually.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    My father and older siblings worked in the pest control industry. I feel I grew up in the business.
