The manager (owner?) called back immediately and accommodated my last-minute request. The men showed up at the appointed time; they are a hard-working crew.

Work quality was very good. They took care to wrap mattresses when moving a bed and put bed together quickly with no problem. However, they were 2 hours late, which was inconvenient waiting in an empty house. They also didn't state up front that they wanted to be paid only by cash or Zelle - no checks. I don't mind that - just think they should include that in the order so you know to have cash with you if you don't have Zelle. They moved this bed from Clearwater to Tampa.
