Joel was prompt, communicative, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. He negotiated a fair price — but honestly, his work was worth so much more. When he arrived, he was friendly, respectful, and eager to please. He worked efficiently and with great attention to detail, leaving the windows absolutely sparkling. What really stood out, though, was his warmth and character — he was kind and charming with my 87-year-old aunt who lives in the house, and you could tell he truly cares about people as much as he does about doing a great job. Joel is the kind of person you’d trust to look after your grandmother — reliable, professional, and full of good energy. Joel was great! He arrived early, was professional, and did a fantastic job cleaning all 21 of my windows inside and out along with the screens. The attached photo shows the quality of his work, it already looked 1000 times better while he was still working on it. Fair pricing, excellent results. Highly recommend and will definitely hire him again.

The Cleaning Machine did an amazing job cleaning the windows in my investment property. I don’t believe the windows and screens were ever cleaned before they worked their magic! Joel also identified some defects that I needed to correct before I rent the property to a tenant. They came eager to please. And let me tell you, they did not disappoint. My husband and I were extremely impressed! I highly recommend them for your window cleaning needs!

Completely satisfied with this service! Cleaning 15 screens and windows took about 2 hours. They use pure water, so no residue. Used shoe covers in the house, got along with my dog, and was very upbeat and pleasant to talk to. The price was also very reasonable. I plan to make this an annual event!
