- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and competitive. We provide free estimates, and there are no hidden fees. We do charge a minimum service call for smaller jobs to cover time and travel, but we make that clear upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick phone consultation to understand the job and schedule a walkthrough if needed. Then we provide a clear quote, timeline, and start date. Once work begins, we stay in constant communication and don’t leave until the customer is completely satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over a decade of real-world experience in home repairs, remodeling, and property maintenance. On top of that, I’ve worked in customer relations and team leadership, giving me the ability to manage both projects and people efficiently. Our team continually studies new tools, materials, and techniques to stay sharp and current.
