Great company! Showed up on time, the movers were very presentable and knowledgeable. Loaded all my furniture so fast! Unloaded at my new house and not a single item damaged. The bill was very reasonable, almost too good to be true. Great company, great movers, great value.

John and his crew are the best! We needed to move but had to get storage as our new house was not ready yet. The Zippy Shell system was perfect. John's guys came and loaded all my stuff into his "shells" and then put me into his storage. Best of all, I got 1 free month of storage! He gives all his move customers this option. Was so glad not to have to get a storage unit and hire a mover to load my stuff, unload into storage, load back into the truck and then into my house when it is ready. The Zippy Shell system means I only have to load and unload once, and I get free storage. Solomon and Lethonia were amazing, worked hard, and got all my belongings loaded. Can't say enough good things about this company.

What can I say about Zippy Shell? Best movers ever! The came in and packed all my belongings with their own boxes, loaded everything into the truck and the unloaded at my new house. Not a single scratch on anything. Cleveland and Jacob worked so hard! They hardly ever stopped. Both were very polite and respectful. Great company, great move, great price!

Best....Movers....EVER!!!! These guys are amazing! Came in with ramps, dollies, and these cool straps that go over their shoulders to move large items. The pads they used were VERY nice, not the cheap, this ones. They packed up all our stuff, including our dishes and cloths. TV's and pictures were boxed and wrapped with pads. They have a neat machine that secures the pads with cellophane. Really cool. Solomon and Samuel had our WHOLE house packed and loaded in 4 hours. I did not think it could be done that fast! The unloading went even faster. No damage at all. Solomon is funny as can be. Most polite guys I have ever met. Well, it was a great move and I will never call another company after dealing with Zippy Shell!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we do. Local moves start at 85.00 per hour. Long Distance moves are done by a free estimate/quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Identifying what is important to the customer and then making sure their expectations are met. For example, if a customer is worried about price, we match them with a move within their budget. Perhaps the time it takes to move the client is most important, we put together a schedule that works for the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have owned 5 small businesses including the largest bus/transportation company in Wyoming. In that business, I was moving passengers. Now I am moving belongings and personal effect. The industries are quite similar.
