- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge flat rates and have three basic bookkeeping packages to choose from, depending on the size of your business. These can be ordered on my website. If you need special, extra services, those can be added as well. I also offer discounts on Quickbooks subscriptions (the first month is free and then 50% off for 12 months). I offer discounts for referrals. If a business prefers to do their own bookkeeping, but needs some guidance, I have a Quickbooks tutorial for $99 and that also comes with the discounted Quickbooks subscription.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I will do a free consultation where I get to know as much as I can about you, your business, your needs and the expectations you have for bookkeeping services. If we’re a good fit and you’re ready to onboard, we can sign you up through the website. You’ll choose from 3 basic packages, depending on the size of your business and it will walk you through everything we need from you to get started on your books and you’re good to go!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have bachelor’s from Auburn University, QuickBooks Online Pro Advisor Certification, Quickbooks Live trained Senior Associate Bookkeeper, and of course, an endless list of continuing education bookkeeping courses
