Outstanding - Ive used this company the past four years for three different residences. Great service, very friendly and quick, they were done in an hour and it looks and works just fine. I was home pretty sick, and Yancey was very accommodating. I wish my receipt broke out the price of parts and labor. It was replacing the house bibb on the back of my house. $522 was a bit pricey imo. Even with the membership - but I needed it done and can't complain on the quality.

Leo was so professional and explained all my options before starting. He was great with my elderly father and loud dogs. He fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. Affordable Plumbing, Heating, and Air was absolutely amazing! They were quick to respond, incredibly kind, and very professional from start to finish. The technician explained everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. On top of that, their pricing was very affordable and fair, which made the whole experience even better. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a $99 service/diagnostic fee, which our Always Ready members never pay, and there is no after-hours surcharge. You will receive an upfront, flat-rate price and approve it before any work starts — we never do work without your approval. We also offer financing, a 5% discount for seniors, military members, and first responders (discounts cannot be combined), and our Always Ready membership includes 10% off repairs and 5% off major replacements.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can call us anytime — we are available 24 hours. We will give you an upfront, flat-rate price for the work, and we will not start until you have approved it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our plumbing work is backed by our Alabama Master Plumber license, MP-2660, and our technicians are background-checked.
