Extremely professional, on time, and completely knowledgeable of all kinds of AC systems. Also repaired the system for a close friend. He was told by a Baldwin Co. company that could not be fixed. Mathew was able to repair it at a very reasonable cost. My close friend was very satisfied. Cannot say enough about Mathew and his crew. They installed a complete system outside and inside and I could not even tell they had been in my house and you will not be disappointed.

We had a great experience with this company! Our AC stopped working, and even though I made it clear it wasnt an emergency, Mat still came out the very next day to take a look. He quickly diagnosed the issue and then came back the following day to make the repair.What really stood out was his professionalism and reliability-he actually showed up early to complete the repair, which is rare these days! The whole process was smooth, honest, and efficient.Its hard to find companies that respect your time and money and Be Cool HVAC does both! Highly recommend supporting this local family business!

After multiple companies told me that a new unit was the only way I called Be Cool and they actually took the time to come out and look at the problem and fixed it.I would recommend Be Cool to anyone!! They are truly a blessing!!Caleb you are awesome!!

I dont normally do reviews but this business knows what theyre doing. Definitely not the type to try and sell you a system if you dont need it, was super quick to fix my AC. The whole process from reaching out to them coming out was flawless. Matt is super knowledgeable and cares about your comfort. Pricing was more than fair! Id give 10 stars if I could. I wont think twice on who to call if I need any more hvac services.

Mathew was great. Have a commercial fridge that had some wonky wiring and wasnt working properly. Called on a Saturday, he was out by Monday and resolved the issue in just a couple hours. Very fairly priced as well. Would definitely recommend and reuse as needed.
