- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is fair. Compare apples to apples. Seek the value added contractor’s for your projects! Avoid the cheap or free line from contractors for your projects, so ask what you get for your money and get that in writing. You should know that a durable properly engineered construction project should add value and equity after it is constructed. I will always match price with same materials quoted and same plans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Let them tell you what they want and how much they should pay for those services to be executed to there satisfactory.
