What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat rate pricing based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in a home has and starts just $100. We offer regular cleans, move in and move out cleans,vacation rental cleans and deep cleaning.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There's no secret, everyone is welcome, just send me a text message so I can negotiate and ask questions about cleaning. Send me a text message because I don't use the phone during working hours, but I'll get back to you soon.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
the best training I had was the education my parents taught me how to treat a person, this goes for any professional area.
