FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To always be reasonable, fair, and affordable, I price my roofing and other work according to the current average pricing charged by comparable local contractors. I also stay in touch with insurance adjusters as they are always in tune with local rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with customers is to treat them and their property with the utmost respect, kindness, and dignity. The Golden Rule is the rule by which I live and work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Bi-Vocational Christian Minister and Licensed / Insured Roofing Contractor. I have a B.A. In Bible (Faulkner Christian Univ., Montgomery, AL) and Continued Education Credits in Graduate Business and Accounting courses from the University of South Alabama (USA), Mobile, AL as well as The University of Phoenix. However, I credit my love for Roofing and Carpentry expertise to my growing up with a father who built elaborate homes as a hobby throughout the USA. My personal work rebuilding homes and commercial buildings throughout the south - following Hurricanes Ivan and Katrina solidified my passion for building.
