Highly recommend KIB. They came out to inspect a potential rodent issue and were professional, thorough, and honest. After a full inspection, they found no evidence of an infestation and didn’t try to sell me services I didn’t need. Instead, they gave practical recommendations and a simple plan to monitor the situation. It’s refreshing to find a company that puts integrity ahead of making a sale. We had a few birds and a nest at our home. Justin was very responsive in assisting me. We had the birds removed, and Justin discussed some bird exclusion options for all four of my outside vents. Boy, it was hot outside! He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and he got creative in accomplishing my request of how I wanted my house to look afterwards. Our house is now protected, thanks to Justin.

Ok, he showed up earlier than I expected and promptly removed a humongous hornets nest before I got back home.
We'd previously discussed him spraying my attic just in case some might be nesting inside. He didn't think it was absolutely necessary since I had screening but for MY peace of mind, he agreed.
He came back to my house when I said I would be home and sprayed. He's a man of his word. I wouldn't have been surprised if something had came up and he couldn't make it. But his word is his bond and that meant everything to me.
