- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
baths start at $25 .....bath and nail trim bath and tidy start at $40..... Bath, nail trim, shave pads, clean ears, hand dry, clean up trim, bows/bandanas, one on one time, and the service call full grooms start at $60 *full grooms include.....the bath, anal glands, pluck or shave ears, shave pads, hand dry, hair trim, bows/bandanas, one on one time, and the service call.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I go to the clients home and use their bathtub or sink for the baths. I have a protable table and set it up wherever the client preferrs. Ive set up in the den, bathroom, outside, in the basements, etc. And I always clean up after. Occasionally the clients would rather I pick up the dogs and take them to my home and groom them then drop them back off. Update......I finally got a van. Soon it will be available for use and I can't wait..?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been completely in love with animals since I can remember. And also, I have a huge family that is too. The bond between me and my clients are so tight and I love that! I adore my job
