- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimates are free. Most of our work is insurance repair; in which case we use the price provided by your homeowners insurance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We inspect any damage, if it is sufficient to get approved one of our specialists will help the homeowner file their claim; then our specialist will meet with the insurance adjuster to ensure the claim is approved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Home Rescue meets all liscensing, and insurance requirements. We also have a combined 50+ years of experience in the construction industry.
