Ben and Amy were awesome! They reviewed what was needed to make the necessary repairs and the cost of parts and labor, completed the work and left no mess to clean up. I will call them when I need a plumber!

APP was amazing! Professional, efficient, and highly knowledgeable. We had three separate requests: repair/cap off a previously identified leak in our Pex line; add hot/cold lines in preparation for moving our laundry room; and re-route the kitchen sink hot water line closer to the water heater. They offered very convenient Saturday hours and after a thorough inspection, gave us an accurate and reasonable quote for all three job requests. They were prompt, courteous and completed our repairs in a very timely manner. Additionally, they are a great team and a very friendly and personable Christian couple. We will definitely use APP for any plumbing needs and highly recommend utilizing their services.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We generally have a flat rate system in place. Those rates are determined by the time that particular job usually takes and the cost of any parts that are required to do the job. This ensures that our prices are the same for everyone.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want every new Alabama Plumbing Pros customer to become a customer for life! To that end we never charge to come out and assess a job. We always give the price up front and in writing, so our customers know exactly what to expect, and we never charge overtime rates. APP also offers a one year warranty on the vast majority of our jobs, so our customer's can be assured that doing the job right, the first time, is very important to us, but in the unlikely event that something goes wrong, they can count on us to make it right.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ben, the owner and master plumber and gas fitter, has over 20 years of experience in the plumbing industry. Each and every one of those years has been spent in central Alabama, so there is no plumbing, drain, or gas problem that he hasn't already seen. He started out in the business as an apprentice and worked his way up to journeyman, and eventually became a master plumber and master gas fitter.
