- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to have best pricing for the market. I want to make it a value for the customer and also compensate myself for my time, knowledge, physical exertion and also mileage and wear and tear on my car.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself and try to work around their schedule. I provide a business card to the customer for future services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have assembled well over items. I have seen it all from dressers to trampolines. I always read and follow the directions.
