I highly recommend this reputable company. This guy is the real deal! He has all he needs on his truck including locking door knobs, tool, keys, key cutting machines and accessories. I spoke to the owner several times about my commercial job. He provided a formal bid, explained what he was doing with each door, and was on time.

SAVED THE DAY!!! My wife was being released after having surgery. I went to get the car to take her home, but found that my key fob was missing. I searched through ChatGPT how to get this resolved quickly and thank goodness I was directed here. He was there in 20 minutes, was very professional and upbeat and got me out of a very tough situation where I was able to get her home much sooner than I expected. You really need to use this company. They absolutely do it right!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Locksmithing is a specialty trade for a reason. It will probably cost more than a handyman calling a Locksmith, but you will have the peace of mind hiring expert. It takes a large investment for a cargo van, specialty tools, advertising, insurance, licensing, etc.
All trips to home or business will have a base service call fee, typically $80-$120 (depending on your location).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I request the urgency, deadline, and availability**.
I review the request and repeat to clarify what is to be done.
Photos. Photos. Photos. They speak 1000 words, and often save time for both me, and the customer. Videos are great, too, especially with suspected repair of any moving parts (lock not latching, key spinning in cylinder, etc.)
If applicable, I try and provide at least 2 options, to include pros and cons of each, so the customer does not feel pressured into paying for something that they do not need.
Upon confirmation, I update the customer if parts are ordered/obtained, as well as my ETA on day of.
*Lockouts : Have ID or proof available
**Remote services and rekeys: Have ID / Deed / Lease available.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a paramedic in the Air Force and majored in Biology @ UAB. I genuinely care about the concerns for my customers as I did with my patients. Knowing protocols and how things work, whether it be biological, or mechanical, ensure a foundational and competent approach on solving the problem at hand.
