Avoid this guy. I hired Justin Stephens, aka Innovative Installs, to repair my microwave. He completed the work without incident, so I left him a positive initial review. I would later discover that he overcharged me on the microwave (after manually entering my card number himself). Prior to learning about the card/charge, I’d hired him to come back and repair my freezer and a section of flooring underneath. He completed about three-fourths of the flooring work and then disappeared. Never touched the freezer, never ordered the parts. He is dishonest and unreliable. Do not hire him, huge mistake.
