Lee has saved me on MULTIPLE occasions with my rental properties. He is always quick to respond and stays in contact with me through the work to keep me informed on what is needed for the repair and what he is doing and provides pictures when complete. I always ask him last minute and he makes an effort to come as soon as possible and get my rentals back up in working order quickly - I would HIGHLY recommend him!
