Introduction: I trained at NBA ( National Baking Institute) . Trained under a French Pastry Chef for years to develops my skills. My Cakes look like the flowers where picked from your garden.My filled cupcakes can't be beat ! Some of the other decorations I make out of chocolate. All with fresh ingredients.
