BuiltRight was at the property well before the scheduled appointment. When I arrived, the inspector greeted me warmly and invited me to join her for the entire inspection. She took the time to explain everything she was seeing, walked me through her process, and even shared helpful tips for maintaining my future home. Her insights into homeownership were thoughtful and genuinely appreciated. During the inspection, she discovered a chemical leak in the attic that neither of us were aware of. After going up, she came back down coughing, wheezing, and visibly struggling to breathe—it was clear something was seriously wrong. Despite this, she returned to the attic multiple times, carefully holding her breath, snapping photos, and coming back to the opening for fresh air so she could complete her work. Once the inspection was done, she didn’t just file a report—she personally tracked down the Lennar quality control rep to report the health hazard. Even when met with a dismissive attitude, she persisted until they agreed to go inspect the issue themselves. I 100% recommend BuiltRight. Choosing anyone else would be a mistake. Their professionalism, dedication, and integrity are unmatched.

Thorough service caught issues that had been missed. When the report is provided it has a Report tool to create a list of what you would like done to your future home. The report also gave information for future routine maintenance that will be needed. Which is extremely helpful as we currently live in a completely different climate. Excellent service, professional and fast to respond. Definitely recommend.
