FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very fair and competitive. I do give discounts to repeat customers and give gift cards for referrals to show my appreciation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process starts with a phone call and we talk about what the customer is needing briefly. We schedule a time to meet. When I come out, I get measurements, pictures, and a broader scope of what I’m going to be doing and a clearer understanding of what the customer is wanting. I’ll create a quote and email it to you, sometimes I can give an estimate right there, but will always send an emailed quote to be completely transparent. Once, we are in agreement on price, we’ll schedule a date and time to begin. Half payment will be due prior to start date and the balance will be due upon completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing this line of work since I was a little boy, helping my uncles in their concrete and landscaping businesses. I’ve helped restore homes after Hurricane Ivan damaged the gulf coast. I’ve worked for many contractors over the past 10 years doing concrete, stucco, framing, installing pools, installing fences, building decks, installing cabinets, tile work, carpet work, installing floors in lower Alabama and Northwest Florida. You name it...more than likely have done it! 2016 I decided to use my skills I’ve been blessed with by the good Lord and put it into good use and transform old worn out homes into updated, polished, and stunning homes that many homeowners are now proud to call theirs.
