- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We want to help everyone have a perfect event on their special day. Tell us what your budget is and what you are looking for and we will help make it happen. We do have affordable prices and friendly service. We will work with you on payments and try to accommodate you in any way we can. We also do special offers and giveaways. Veteran and active military discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We tell all of our new customers about our other experiences and what we offer in our event planning, we talk to them about pricing and location. We have specific checklists that have a series of questions essential to the client's event and making it perfect. Each new client we ask the questions and get all the information we can up front before pricing. Prices vary according to what the client is asking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
