- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies wildly in this business. However, we understand you may be on a tight budget, and can work with you to provide an experience to remember for its taste, not its price!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the size of your event, this can be as quick as one meeting, or involve many over the period of a year or more. I like to meet with you, tentatively decide on a menu, then set up a tasting to make sure we're all on the same page. We want your event to go just right, and to have all the worries out of the way long before. Typically we ask for a deposit ahead, with the balance due the day of your event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Not only am I a certified food prep manager, but I also teach the health safety food handling management course.
