FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward, fair, and based on the difficulty and distance of the serve — no surprise charges. Most standard serves include multiple attempts, communication updates, and a completed affidavit/return of service once the job is finished. Rush jobs, long-distance travel, stakeouts, evasive subjects, gated properties, or same-day service may cost more. I believe in keeping clients informed from start to finish, so you’ll always know what’s happening with your case. Reliable service, professionalism, and persistence are included at no extra charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a new customer contacts me, I gather the basic details about the case, including the documents that need served, the subject’s information, deadlines, and any special instructions. From there, I review everything, confirm pricing, and schedule the service attempts. During the job, I keep clients updated with status reports so they’re never left wondering what’s going on. I make professional, documented attempts at different times of day when needed, and I handle each serve respectfully and discreetly. Once service is completed, I provide the signed affidavit/return of service promptly. If the subject cannot be located or is evasive, I document all attempts thoroughly so the client has clear records for court purposes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have training and hands-on experience in professional process serving, including understanding civil procedure requirements, proper service methods, and documenting service in a way that holds up in court. My experience includes locating individuals, completing multiple-attempt service strategies (morning, evening, and weekend attempts when required), and handling different environments such as residential homes, gated properties, apartments, and businesses. I’m also trained in maintaining professionalism in the field—de-escalation when needed, respecting property boundaries and legal requirements, and ensuring all service attempts are properly documented with detailed notes and affidavits/returns of service. In addition to field experience, I stay familiar with state-specific rules and court requirements so service is completed correctly the first time whenever possible.
