About
I’m Hollis Chandler, the owner and operator of this one‑person HVAC business. When you work directly with me, you get honest advice, clear communication, and personal attention from start to finish.
Coming from a family of HVAC tradesmen and holding certified heating and air conditioning licenses, I bring solid knowledge to every job, whether it’s installing or replacing a central air system, or repairing and maintaining your heating and cooling.
My business may be young, but my experience goes back years. My goal is simple: provide reliable, efficient work at a fair price, meet good people, and build long-term customer relationships.
If you’re looking for a straightforward, dependable HVAC pro, I’d be happy to help.

Mr. Chandler replaced outdated ductwork and added insulation to our attic areas. He was prompt, courteous, professional, and willing to work with us on pricing.Afterwards, Essential Comfort cleaned up all the areas around which they worked. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing similar HVAC work .
