FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
the only thing I can tell you for sure is that I'm respectful, safe & a hard worker, that's all anyone needs to really know about me, if you want to know anything else then hire me as your pro and you be the judge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first and foremost; the initial visit & estimate, I am starting to make contracts to protect the customer and me and I can give invoices or anything else, 2nd depending on the type of work I take my safety precautions, 3rd I will ask or listen to the way you want something specifically done. 4th I'll make sure I have all the tools to start the job and as well as complete it. 5th before I start I will explain what I will do first how I'm going to do it and if I have a time estimate I will let you know when I plan on being done and thus try to walk you through every procedure, if you are one of them customers who wants to constantly be involved in the project as its done. 6th when finished with project I will clean any mess up that is left behind, unless other wise told by customer, as they sometimes want to clean it then put my tools up and talk to you one last time after the projects completion to allow the customer to inspect the work that she/he had requested and the 7th is I would settle up on the payment for the jobs completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated high school, I did vocational school/classes such as residential wiring, hvac, shop, i went to Wallace state community College and also went to Ohio Christian University, where I studied buisness and buisness management and at university I studied and majored in information technology and applied mathematics, and applied science, with a minor in theology, also, I worked on an oil rig and thus recieved many certificates, such as water survival, C.P.R, (hazmat) or for anyone who don't know it's certification in hazardous materials, I also recievedy TWIC card as per requirement to enter any and all established military or governmental base and allowed me to cross any border if needed. I also graduated the school of hard knocks and majored in life, but despite my school career, that's not where I learned the majority of my trade & that's what it is, is a trade. imagine back into midevil times kids grew up learning a relatives trade because it's all they knew, it was usually a father teaching them but non the less they picked up their trade from family, well that's how I recieved the majority of my training & since it was so long ago over time I got good enough to know what and how to do what was needed and do it efficiently and correctly and the rest of my knowledge came from experience and trial and error.
