- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While no two cases are exactly alike and would require an inspection to be totally accurate we do have a general guideline. We offer two options (contract and contract free) Contract free is usually a little higher priced. We can do most homes under 2500 sq ft for around the $35 mark with a 1 year service agreement. Homes over 2500 sq ft start around $45 a month. Start up fees vary but can be assessed on a case by case basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to start with a consultation and initial inspection. This helps us know the total situation and be able to accurately figure up the cost of controlling the situation. This eliminates any surprises when it comes to pricing. We strive to be as budget friendly as possible. It's not always about the money - sometimes the larger up front cost is designed to save you money in the long run. if you have questions feel free to ask your professional.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a combined pest control industry experience of over 14 years. We have a background in both Residential, Commercial & Institutional Pest Control. We specialize in food safety pest control as well as many other specializations.
