No complicated system just per hour rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have the customer tell me the problem and then ask them questions to narrow down the solution to the problem.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have an AS in Electronic Engineering. I have been working in this field since 1989 and have numerous certificates from vendors to work on their equipment. Vendors include Brother, Dell, Epson, IBM, and Okidata. I have also worked on HP, Lenovo, and Toshiba.
