- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the size of the area, severity of the odor or contamination, and the type of treatment needed. We provide upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Discounts may be available for recurring services, property managers, multiple rooms, or bundled treatments. Emergency or same-day services may include an additional fee depending on scheduling and travel distance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing the customer’s concerns and identifying the source of the odor or contamination whenever possible. From there, we recommend the best treatment plan and explain the process step-by-step. Depending on the service, the treatment may include ozone cleaning, deep sanitizing, odor neutralization, or air purification. We keep communication clear throughout the process and make sure the customer understands any safety precautions before and after treatment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent extensive time researching odor removal, sanitization methods, ozone treatment applications, and contamination control. I continuously study industry techniques and safety practices to improve results and provide effective treatments for homes, vehicles, and businesses. I also focus heavily on customer service, attention to detail, and finding long-term solutions instead of temporary cover-ups.
