In December 2016, I asked Advance Restoration for fixing damage to an area of ceiling in my kitchen, as well as to seal the flooring and bath areas from where the water seepage occurred. They came, gave a reasonable estimate, removed and replaced the damaged section of the ceiling; then refinished the ceiling to match adjacent areas. You cannot tell if the area was damaged!!! Plan to ask them to fix additional exterior areas in parts of my house, hope to get the same quality of professional and quality work on those projects as well. I appreciate their professionalism and workmanship.

ARS examined my water damaged ceilings and roof and gave me a quote to secure the loose shingles that were allowing water to get in within 3 hours of my phone call. The shingles were secured within the next 2 hours just as the next rain shower arrived. We are very satisfied customers.
