If I could select all five qualities, I would. Three ladies, it was Judy, Kristen, and Teresa (apologize if I'm spelling her name wrong). Super sweet women. They were very punctual, professional, and it was good value for what I asked. The youngest one is 18 and even she was very graceful and professional and nonjudgemental. Their work quality was impeccable and they were so quick with completing everything as well. Not to mention, Judy was the lady I was routinely communicating with till the day of the service and she was super friendly, non-judgemental, and very quick to reply. I had a unique experience given that I not only needed a cleaning service, I needed major help with organization (like the apt being trashed and stuff being everywhere) and Judy was kind enough to take on the extra specialized tasks and gave me a reasonable quote for the full service. The bulk of the questions were asked before the service, so when they arrived they hardly bothered me about anything which allowed me to get so much of my work done that I needed to focus on. They are non-disruptive and are very smart hardworking women! Not to mention, Judy was very accommodating with the payment method given that I was tight on money and wanted to use my credit card to pay. A task that would have taken hours and hours for me to do they finished it in less than two hours. I turn around for two seconds and they cleaned and organized an entire room. I was truly shocked at their efficiency and I am very grateful they were able to come in at such short notice and help me.

Judy and Teresa did an excellent job in a very dirty house and were not offended by how bad a shape it was in. They are very friendly and had great attention to detail, ie lampshades, corners, doorframes. I have several animals, lots of dog and cat hair. I was quite pleased. We are scheduled now on a regular basis to try and keep it this way.
