I was refered to southern roofing by social media. Finally facebook did a positive action for once. I was contacted by Mark Jones. He was excellent through my whole process. This was my first roof, I never had to claim on my homeowners insurance before. I was nervous on messing up. Mark Jones guided me all the way to the proper procedures of the roofing industry with excellent customer service skills, excellent communication throughout the process. The roofing crew had professional workmanship and the clean up was outstanding. I am very happy with my new 30year roof to battle the storms of Hazel Green to come!!! Hit up Mark Jones for stress free job completion and outstanding customer service. A++++ (Btw my house has zero trees and this new roof style ventilation has kept my AC from struggling, now im saving on utilities too!)

I had a tree fall and damage part of the roof. Southern Pride responded quickly to cover it and prevent more damage. They repaired the roof, gutters, and trim promptly. The price was fair, the repair was quick and professional.

Brian and his team do a really great job. They've handled everything from beginning to end and done everything they said they would. Normally, you dont know what to expect with a contractor but I can truly say that I will call them back if in the future for other projects. Thanks Guys
