My house was in no shape to sell. There were outside issues with the lawn and look of the home. Glass and trash were in the bushes and the lawn had not been touched in over 6 months. Throughout the home there were too many issues to name here. A few of the major things were water leaks, missing/damaged ceiling tiles in the basement, the electric garage door was damaged and missing glass, just about every room needed to be repainted, stains in the ceiling needed to be taken care of, and a toilet in the master bathroom needed to be replaced. All other contractors were quoting around $5,000 and Gregg from Sunbuilding quoted around $3,500 without seeing any of the competing quotes. The work was impeccable and the service was second to none. I live states away from the house and before I could even think to check on the status of the work he was sending me pictures and updates. This helped greatly with my peace of mind that the house was in the proper hands. I would not hesitate to recommend Gregg and Sunbuilding to anyone in need of any work performed on their home...except carpets...I don't think they replace carpets.

Gregg met with me when it was convenient for me to discuss replacing broken fence post. Price was reasonable, so I agreed. He came exactly when he said he would and finished the job. I don't believe anyone could have done better. Will definitely use Sun Building on future projects.

They built my dream barn! I was impressed that everything was hand-crafted, not ordered from another vendor then installed. As the project progressed I requested modifications which were accommodated. Gregg was very straightforward and accurate about the cost of upgrades that I wanted, such as cedar siding. There were no surprises, other than delight at the unexpected fine workmanship.
