Weeks have passed since the completion of the job, and you never expressed displeasure with the work we completed. I lead a thriving business and there are several subcontractors and other skilled workers who serve on my team, which allows us to work more efficiently. We build and restore homes from the inside out, so your job was simple compared to most jobs we complete; skill is not an issue. I expressed to you from the beginning that we don’t normally take on jobs as small as yours. However, I took it on anyway and sent a member of my crew to complete it. Despite my crew member informing me that you attempted to underhand me and have him come and do work on the side for you, I still remained professional and respectful. I never asked you for any additional payments. Since your review, I have called and texted you to no avail. My questions are: was my crew member disrespectful or unprofessional? Are you displeased with the service we provided? I look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you to Joel and has crew for providing excellent and timely service. My wife wanted to add on an extra bedroom and bathroom and I was skeptical but Joel surprised me. His work was great quality and I didn’t feel cheated out of my money. Highly recommend!
