I hired Aline to clean my daughter’s home after she had her 3rd child. She arrived when she said she would, she cleaned very thoroughly and was so prepared bringing in all her supplies. My daughter was tickled with her work and we are definitely using her on a regular basis,

Aline and her employee are very kind people. They were unable to get to one of my areas in the home and I also had to come behind them to vacuum a few areas. My goal was to keep my word for the $250 charged plus a small tip. I do appreciate their services, but I think that the services could have been more thorough. The level of services offered would fall under general cleaning given the amount of effort and the long list of items they don’t do. If a customer wants to work with them, it’s probably a great idea to communicate effectively, confirm all details e.g. provision of cleaning supplies etc., and Aline should consider being more fair about her prices. There really was not much required as I had just cleaned. I do appreciate them, but perhaps they should consider a menu of options with more flexibility given each job.
