- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
How I charge depends on the job if it is small enough for me to do by myself I usually get $75 Service call then $40hr. If it requires me too bring in labors then I have to charge more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Exchange numbers. Set up time to meet and access the problem give a quote then complete the task in a timely matter.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done this kind of work all my life my granddad had a plumbing and electric business when I was growing up. I worked with him for 13years then he passed from cancer. Then I started framing houses and lock and key homes with Franky Humphreys for the last 8 years until I went out on my own.
