Absolutely outstanding service! I cannot say enough good things about my experience. What originally appeared to be a simple plumbing issue turned into a much larger and more complicated repair than expected.The plumber took the time to properly assess the situation, document what was going on, and explain the concerns instead of rushing through a temporary fix. After discovering the complexity of the existing plumbing setup, they handled everything professionally and made sure the repair was done correctly.I truly appreciated the communication, patience, attention to detail, and the effort put into resolving the issue. Having no running water was extremely stressful, but they worked hard to get everything repaired and back in working order.Its such a relief to finally have the issue properly addressed. Excellent service, reasonable prices, family owned, locally owned, very quick response times.I tried fixing my own plumbing and messed some things up. Two days before putting my house up for listing it was gnawing at me to get this work done.I called Dollar Drains first thing in the morning, the owner showed up on time about thirty minutes later and personally fixed all my issues!This is a newer company here in the city so you know they rely on word of mouth and I'll just say, they'll be the first company I call and recommend to all my friends and neighbors.The team has all the plumbing experience you would expect of a bigger company, but the personal candor, workmanship, and quality you would get from your local professional.Highly recommended for all your plumbing needs.
